Just had my car interior detailed there today, and they did a phenomenal job, esp for the very fair pricing. I know people have their off days, but I genuinely feel like most people complaining about the cleaning job they received only chose the basic package and expected it to be fully detailed. I thought the team did a great job, especially since my car was wrecked from kids spilling things, dog fur and more. I wish I had taken before pictures! Brava, guys. I'll be coming back in the future!!

I just had the worst customer satisfaction experience EVER at Blue Team Hand Car Wash. I was promised a free interior cleaning because your team missed cleaning the rear inside of my car. When I spoke to a representative earlier in the week, he confirmed that they would indeed clean the interior for free. When I showed up this morning the manager on duty stated "good luck with that!" and further stated there was no way that he was going to give me a free cleaning and was downright rude. He would not discuss it, cut me off, and sent me off. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. Just absolutely hated this very rude and unprofessional exchange. Tom Griffiths I did not receive a phone call from the car wash after the incident. My call log reflects that and there are no voicemails from the company. That is the honest end of the story.

Took in a 12 year old car that has probably never been properly cleaned in its life, and told myself I needed to have realistic expectations and that it “wasn’t magic…” Turns out I underestimated Team Blue, because their full detail service could definitely be described as “magical.” I never would have expected to be this pleased with the service. Completely transformed the vehicle (if only I would have thought to take before photos!) Thank you!

It takes a lot to leave a one star review, but here we are. For $90, you’d expect a nice, clean car returned. My husband specifically requested a clay bar treatment and it doesn’t appear to have been done. You’re better off saving your money and washing your car at home. When picking up the vehicle my husband wiped his finger on multiple spots in front of an employee and it came back filthy. The employee offered to “hit those spots but we won’t be able to redo the entire service.” We were recommended this place from a local. When he got back to where we were staying (2 minutes from car wash), I saw the car and immediately called. To make matters worse, when calling to discuss, Joe, the manager, was passive aggressive, dismissive, and belittling. After reading the previous reviews, we should have checked because every bad review is responded to with “this is the first time in 15 years this has happened.” Unclear how it can happen for the first time every few months. The only saving grace was the interior was cleaned well.

I was looking to clean my rental car after driving for days in snow and rain. It was looking rather dodgy. When I searched for car service, I was pleased to see one right across the hotel where I was staying. I am used to drive-thru car washes un US but this was my first experience in a hand car wash facility. The price is higher than what one would pay in an automated car wash but that is expected since there are people involved. I went for the basic wash (no interior cleaning). At around $25, it is definitely not cheap. They do have membership options for those who do regular car wash. The place looks very professional and the staff looks super efficient. I had to wait around 10 minutes before they took my car in, and another 15 minutes for the actual cleaning. Recommended
